KEAM 2017 Counselling (CEE Kerala Admissions)– Counselling and seat allotment procedure for KEAM 2017 will be carried out by the Office of the Commissioner of Entrance Exam (CEE) run by the Government of Kerala under the supervision of National Informatics Centre (NIC). The seats for KEAM will be allotted on the basis of ranking in the merit list and preferences marked by the student during Keam 2017 Registration. The list of selected students will be published online. Upon the declaration of the result, the student will have to pay the fees as required by the course and college allotted. KEAM Counselling 2017
The students who will qualify KEAM 2017 Exam are eligible for KEAM Counselling, seat allotment and admission. KEAM 2017 will be conducted on 24 April and 25 April, 2017. The registration for KEAM Kerala Counselling 2017 will tentatively open in the month of June, 2017. Students will have to log in with their roll number and KEAM application number to complete the KEAM Registration Process for counselling.
Upon the completion of the registration, student will be redirected to a web page containing the list colleges under KEAM 2017 Exam. The student can select any college of his/her choice from the list displayed, a student can select three colleges with priorities allotted to them. Please ensure that you save the list of selected colleges before logging out. Take a print out of the list for further references. After the counselling windows is closed KEAM Seat Allotment 2017 will commence.
KEAM Trial Seat Allotment
Before the actual KEAM Seat Allotment procedure commences, seat allotment process can be experienced through trail allotments. CEE will conduct trial seat allotment before the registration for counselling is closed. Through Kerala Trial Seat Allotment, student can get to know the seat which he/she will most probably get when the actual KEAM Seat Allotment starts. Please note that the seats allotted in trial process will not influence the actual KEAM seat allotment process.
KEAM Seat Allotment 2017
Centralized Allotment Process (CAP) will be followed for KEAM 2017 Seat Allotment which is a single windows system. The seats will be allotted online to those students only whose name is in the KEAM Merit List and have correctly registered himself before. The seats will be allotted on the basis of ranks in the merit list, category, course and college preferences as set by the student.
KEAM Seat Allotment 2017 is a computerized process and will generate an Allotment Memo online which is to be downloaded by the student for future use. Upon successful allotment of a seat, student will have to pay the required fees at the selected branches of State Bank of Travancore. A fee receipt will be given to the student as token and proof of allotment of seat.
Required Documents for KEAM Counselling
After the payment of fees, the student will have to report to the allotted institute for the completion of KEAM 2017 Admission process. Admission will be marked as confirmed only upon successful verification of some documents which are listed below:
- KEAM Admit Card.
- Proof of Date of Birth.
- Allotment Memo as issued by CEE.
- Fee receipt issued by the bank.
- Class X and XII mark-sheets along with Transfer and Conduct Certificates issued by the school.
KEAM Seat Allotment Result 2017
The second and third round of seat allotment will also be carried for the students who have not been allotted a seat. Allotment Memo will again be generated for consecutive rounds. A student will have to download the new Allotment Memo to appear for the second round of KEAM 2017 Seat Allotment.
